Agnix is a product of Agnix LLC ("Agnix," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website agnixads.com and provide AI-powered Google Ads management services to local businesses. Our contact email is hello@agnixads.com.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account (name, email address, password)
• Complete the onboarding wizard (business name, industry, city, address, website, phone number, business hours, monthly budget, campaign goal)
• Contact us by email

We also collect information automatically when you use the service:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Authentication tokens via Supabase Auth
• Google Ads performance data associated with your account (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions)

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API
• Generate and optimize your ad campaigns (keywords, ad copy, bid strategy)
• Send you weekly performance reports and product updates
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the Agnix product and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Agnix connects to the Google Ads API as an authorized third-party developer. To create and manage campaigns on your behalf, we share the following data with Google:

• Business name, industry, and location (for campaign targeting)
• Website URL (for ad destination and asset discovery)
• Phone number (for call assets)
• Campaign budget and goal

Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads API Terms of Service.

We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

Google Ads performance data (impressions, clicks, cost) associated with your campaigns is retained for the lifetime of your account to support reporting and optimization.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

We use cookies and local storage to maintain your login session via Supabase Auth. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and use of Supabase's managed authentication infrastructure. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Agnix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at hello@agnixads.com.
